Why use MDC? MDC Food Safety and HSE Solutions is a company I have created from which I can offer a whole range of bespoke consultancy services to support all types of small and large businesses. I have worked in the field of environmental health my entire career spanning over 30 years as a qualified Environmental Health Professional. Undertaking my initial training in Environmental Health with Westminster City Council I experienced the food safety challenges of an extensive range of different food businesses from large hotels to smaller but equally as busy cultural restaurants. Following a several years as an EHO enforcing the various food safety and health and safety laws and regulations but always providing help and support I moved over to the private sector. I have now had extensive experience working directly for a large variety of businesses in the food, hospitality and industry sectors providing food safety, health and safety, quality and environmental support and guidance at Director level. Whether devising complex food safety or health and safety management systems, guiding companies through successful ISO 9001 / 14001 accreditations or providing one to one coaching to team members on manual handling I have always delivered a focused, passionate and successful service. I always will provide my clients and service users with practical and workable solutions to achieve improvements in Food safety / HSE performance, full legal compliance and full protection of their customers / staff and working environments.
